Nyano does not sell your personal information.

  1. Family Sharing

Nyano allows users to share selected information with family members or other trusted people they authorize.

Being related to someone does not automatically provide access to that person’s Nyano information.

Access must be authorized through Nyano’s supported family connection or permission process.

Depending on the permission provided, an authorized person may be able to receive information such as activity, sleep, mood, meals, medication tracking, or other wellness information.

Users may change or revoke supported sharing permissions.

  1. Apple Health and Android Health Connect

Nyano may allow you to connect supported information through Apple Health/HealthKit or Android Health Connect.

Nyano only requests access to information necessary for the features you choose to use.

You may change or revoke these permissions through your device settings.

Nyano does not sell information received from Apple Health, HealthKit, Android Health Connect, or connected wellness services.

Nyano does not use this information for targeted advertising or marketing profiles.

  1. SMS Text Messaging

Nyano may send SMS text messages only to users who have provided consent to receive messages from Nyano.

Messages may include:

  • Verification codes
  • Account notifications
  • Requested wellness summaries
  • Family wellness updates
  • Medication tracking updates
  • Service notifications
  • Responses to requests made through Nyano

On this page, users provide their mobile phone number and actively select a separate checkbox agreeing to receive SMS messages from Nyano.

Nyano does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Nyano applies only to Nyano and is not transferred to another company for that company’s marketing or promotional use.

Nyano may use service providers that help us deliver SMS messages or operate our technology.

Nyano’s AI features are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
